Title: Recruiter III

Location: 1500 NW 136th Avenue, Sunrise, FL 33323 (Hybrid)

Duration: 09 Months

Schedule: Hybrid, three days/week onsite in the FL office

Instructions

  • Must live within a commutable distance to the office in Sunrise, FL.
  • This position is hybrid, with three days a week in the office. Will attend events in the office to support hiring for that location from time to time.

Description

  • Sources, screens, interviews, makes offers, and works directly with Hiring Leaders to provide a top-quality experience for both the leader and the candidates.
  • Prefer a minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in corporate recruiting.
  • Familiar with Taleo, Eightfold, Outlook, and other candidate CRMs (such as Workday, Bullhorn, SuccessFactors).
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team of recruiters, recruitment coordinators, and the onboarding team.
  • Experience recruiting for sales, marketing, and corporate functions is ideal.

  • This team focuses exclusively on sales.
  • Must be articulate, a good communicator, and have a leader-facing, outgoing/sales personality.
  • Work ethic is key! SLA and KPI focused!
