Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the home care industry.
Manage a team of talent acquisitionist, and oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates for various home care positions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare institutions, professional organizations, and community groups to establish a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
Oversee the use of various recruiting platforms and social media, as well as the coordination of open houses and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates.
Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities and candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
Work with the Director of Compliance to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment cycle and meeting hiring goals.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends in talent acquisition.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and colleagues.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, social media, and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
