Job Title: Entry-Level Recruiter
Location: Center City Philadelphia
Salary: Starting at $45,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment processes, identifying potential candidates, and assisting with the hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in recruitment and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Business Development:
- Use various channels to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with relevant information.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
- Help manage and organize recruitment events and career fairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Provide suggestions for improving recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- No degree required
