In this role, you will be responsible for establishing new business in the energy sector, managing the recruiting process and delivering for your clients, while marketing and generating leads for new business. This is an entrepreneurial role which gives you full operational responsibility for your own desk and clients. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with a history of delivering outstanding results without sacrificing service levels in a full cycle recruiting environment.


You'll be a great fit if:

  • Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire, or permanent basis
  • Engage in all stages of the recruitment process, including business development, candidate sourcing, placement, and post-placement relationship management
  • Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long-term relationships with candidates
  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Call current contactor workforce or recently placed permanent candidates to ensure quality service is maintained and to seek candidate referrals
  • Account management of new and existing clients, including client visits
  • Ensure 100% compliance with quality standards as dictated by NES Fircroft including company quality processes, in country legislation (including Occupational Health & Safety), and client specific process requirements
  • Responsible for account development and generating new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients
  • Engage in business development activities to identify and acquire new clients
  • Develop and build long term strategic client relationships through both telephone contact and face to face meetings
  • Maintain balance of job orders and qualified candidates, and manage multiple complex selling opportunities


To be considered you need:

  • 1-2 years recruitment experience (Agency preferred)
  • Outgoing and confident personality
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ambitious and hungry to be successful
  • Target oriented work experience
