We are looking to hire a summer intern to assist with recruiting, HR and operations for our Atlanta-based firm. This is a remote position, so you must be self-driven with an excellent phone presence. Must be located on the East Coast in the US and not require any sponsorship.
Description
Contact candidates and conduct initial phone screen to match their skills to open jobs
Update the team daily and weekly on status of positions and candidates progress
Assist with job postings and reviewing candidates
Assist with onboarding candidates with ADP as needed
Assist with gathering/ processing timesheets
Creating invoices for clients
Assist with writing, gathering information and reading business proposals
Reading and identifying grant proposals
Create marketing materials using Canva, photoshop and other tools
Create social media posts to include TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Assist with other tasks as needed
Required
Excellent phone presence, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time-management and detail-oriented skills
Take direction well
Excellent information processing skills (we work with a lot of jobs, so you must be able to read a job description and understand the context)
Familiarity with online job websites and various social media platforms
Ability to use various search engine tools
Desire to learn new skills
Take direction well
This is a fully remote position. You must have a phone & computer. The monthly pay for this role range from $1,160-$1,600/ month.
