Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, fit, and interest in specific roles.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively target and attract top talent.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a positive candidate experience and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or related roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Sourcing Techniques: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and job boards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade candidates effectively.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess candidate data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new recruitment strategies and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment sourcing.
- Previous experience with recruiting for various industries or functions is a plus.
