Job Description

As a Recruitment Sourcer at Augmentjobs, you will be a crucial member of our talent acquisition team, responsible for identifying and engaging top talent to meet the hiring needs of our clients. You will utilize various sourcing methods and tools to build a pipeline of qualified candidates and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, fit, and interest in specific roles.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively target and attract top talent.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a positive candidate experience and keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or related roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Sourcing Techniques: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and job boards.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade candidates effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess candidate data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new recruitment strategies and technologies.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment sourcing.
  • Previous experience with recruiting for various industries or functions is a plus.
