Now hiring a Red Bull Driver-Sales Representative to join our team in the Belgrade & Bozeman Markets!

Red Bull Driver-Sales Representative Job Details

• Start your day at 6 am from our Belgrade warehouse with the Red Bull team
• Safely operate a Red Bull company truck (no CDL required)
• Drive to on and off premise accounts on your pre-determined route
• Identify and execute opportunities for promoting product retention and growth of new Red Bull product lines
• Deliver and merchandise Red Bull beverages
• Sell and build displays
• Spends 90-95% of the time outside the office in route and sales calls
• Reconcile and balance accounts at the end of your day - accounting for the remaining 5-10% of days
• Monday - Friday 6 am start time with occasional nights and weekends as business demands
• $51k - 54k includes based + commission
• Retention bonuses available at 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year of employment - ask for details!
  
  

The Qualified Candidate

• Preferred knowledge of distribution industry, outside sales experience preferred
• Able to meet monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and other merchandising components
• Able to take constructive feedback and willing to provide top notch customer service in accounts
• Able to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
• Able to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
• Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds
• Must have an Acceptable Motor Vehicle record
• Pre-employment drug testing and background check required
