Base pay range
The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will provide leadership, guidance and development to the company's team of HR Business Partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and manage the day to day of the team of HRBPs
- Work in a collaborative environment to uphold company policies, best practices and work closely with business leaders in an effort where HR can assist in strengthening and supporting internal teams.
- Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
- Reporting directly to the VP of HR, work collaboratively to carry out HR strategies, assist with urgencies/escalations and communicate with internal HR team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management- REQUIRED
- 7+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
- MUST have a minimum of TWO (2) years of experience leading HR functions in a call center/BPO industry environment
- Must be able to mentor and provide guidance/leadership to direct reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
KEY POSITION DETAILS
- This role will require working ONSITE, a hybrid work schedule will be available after probationary period
- MULTI-STEP INTERVIEW PROCESS, onsite & virtual
- Selected Candidate MUST have prior Call Center services or CX Solutions or BPO industry experience in a HR capacity
- MUST be comfortable working in a LARGE company environment, onsite and with virtual global teams
- Collaboration and communication are KEY
