We are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager in Hawaii to join our FIJI Water, JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, and Lewis Cellars team. The Regional Manager works independently and with distributors to manage top account relationships and to drive distribution and volume in the On-Premise, Retail and Independent Retail channels. This person will be responsible for all On-Premise business, retail and independent retail of FIJI Water, JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, and Lewis Cellars in Hawaii. Job Description

  • Manage our distributors, Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits and Chambers and Chambers, for our brands, including goal setting, budgeting and inventory management.
  • Develop relationships, build brand presence and execute key sales strategies to develop new accounts and grow existing business.
  • Plan and execute FIJI Water, JUSTIN, Lewis Cellar brand programs in conjunction with distributor.
  • Prepare and present proposals, profit planners, business reviews and staff trainings in key wine and water accounts to help drive sales.
  • Achieve assigned distributor depletion and shipment case goals and revenue goals for all brands within Hawaii while tracking depletions and targets, distributor volume, bill back accruals, regional financials, and activity summaries.
  • Achieve department goals for new accounts and focus programs.
  • Call on accounts both independently and with the distributor salesforce.
  • Expand current portfolio footprint in existing accounts and survey potential properties for incremental placements prior to decision maker meetings.
  • Work within assigned POS and travel budgets while managing company funds professionally.
  • Work and participate in trade shows, events, wine dinners and conventions. Will include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of relevant experience in beverage sales or related field preferred, with knowledge of the wine business a plus.
  • Possess strong connections and relationships with key restaurants, hotels, and other On-Premise or Independent Retail accounts in the industry.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel min 30% of the time, including overnights and weekends when necessary.
  • Expected to spend 85% of time in trade, with 15% office time.
  • Intermediate capabilities with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook).
  • Must be able to work independently, multi-task, and work with an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal/presentation skills, and organizational skills required.
  • Must possess valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, be able to lift 50lbs. with no restrictions and move heavy cases/objects.

Pay Range: $90,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
