WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
The Regional Manager, East Coast, is tasked with driving the sales performance of RIMOWA stores throughout North America's eastern region. This individual will craft and enact a comprehensive retail strategy that encompasses sales enhancement, inventory management, marketing initiatives, customer relationship management (CRM), point-of-sale (POS) system operations, and visual merchandising.
YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES:
SALES
• In collaboration with the Americas leadership team, formulate a comprehensive retail sales strategy specific to each region, project revenue targets with ambitious benchmarks, and construct precise budgets for individual stores and regions to optimize return on investment (ROI).
• In partnership with Retail Operations, devise an inventory forecast and product assortment plan that addresses the distinct demands of each regional market.
• Support the visual merchandising guidelines that highlight new arrivals, exclusive store items, and special events to attract customer interest and enhance the shopping experience.
• Strengthen the customer relationship management (CRM) communication framework aimed at engaging customers, elevating brand visibility, initiating innovative outreach efforts to target demographics, and
bolstering customer loyalty through value-added services and industry best practices.
• Manage VIP-related store initiatives, including oversight of in-store repair facilities to ensure superior service for top-tier clients.
MANAGEMENT
• Recruit, onboard, and develop east coast sales teams for stores, providing guidance and mentorship. Ensure seamless implementation of point-of-sale systems, inventory selection, and store visual setup for successful store launches.
• Evaluate and enhance Store Managers' performance to meet and exceed their individual goals.
• Work in partnership with creative departments to devise retail marketing plans that align with seasonal trends, maintaining a competitive edge by staying informed about industry movements and tactics.
• Compile and deliver comprehensive weekly reports that detail sales figures, customer product feedback, and potential areas for growth or improvement.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the company.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Possesses over seven years of progressive management experience in the luxury retail sector.
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities with a proven ability to effectively plan, manage teams, and inspire staff members.
• Exhibits excellent strategic planning and analytical capabilities, with a strong aptitude for forecasting sales trends through meticulous data analysis.
• Has a documented history of driving high-volume sales and consistently surpassing established sales objectives.
• Brings extensive experience in business development, adept at crafting and implementing effective sales strategies for growth.
• Boasts proven expertise in overseeing customer relationship management (CRM) programs to foster customer loyalty and enhance client engagement.
• Features outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adept at connecting with diverse audiences.
• Thrives in high-pressure environments, maintaining composure and decision-making quality when under tight deadlines or challenges.
• The candidate must be open to frequent travel within the United States, with an expectation of being on the road up to 50% of the time.
