Regional Program Manager
Virtual, India
This position will perform a variety of functions related to the client's travel portfolio. Dependent on the scope of work defined in the client contract, this may involve supporting corporate travel strategies, conducting sourcing activities, and/or ensuring that the travel program is coordinated with the program objectives. This position will have a thorough understanding of one or more segments of the corporate travel industry.
Your responsibilities:
Support client travel program
Depending on unique client needs, responsibilities related to the client travel program may include or involve:
Developing: identify program goals and outline strategies to achieve objectives
Implementing: Create and carry out action plans to implement program objectives
Measuring and reporting results: Monitor, track, and report on objectives and indicators
Reviewing accounts: Plan and execute business reviews and act on short-falls
Measuring customer satisfaction: Meet or exceed customer satisfaction levels and performance commitments as outlined in SOW (may include making recommendations on service level agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Support the optimization of key targets and integrate travel services within program portfolio
Depending on unique client needs, responsibilities may include or involve:
Support travel categories such as internal policies, demand management programs, sourcing, and travel risk/crisis management
Monitor category spend and evaluating options to reduce total cost
Benchmark internal and external costs against industry and competitive standards
Liaise with suppliers and/or assessing supplier performance, consistency of service, quality, and compliance
Evaluate program and recommend consulting products and services to enhance program
Industry knowledge & expertise
Depending on unique client needs, responsibilities may include or involve:
Have extensive knowledge of at least one travel industry category
Stay informed on new travel related processes, enhancements, implementations, etc.
Identify and supporting travel technology products, developing market intelligence, and benchmarking platforms (as needed)
Seek out internal and external information to ensure clear understanding of client dynamics and Advito solutions
Relationship management
Dependent on unique client needs, responsibilities may also include or involve:
Serve as liaison among client, travelers, and suppliers by listening, problem solving, and communicating both verbally and written
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various levels of organization
Maintain strategic relationships with suppliers (air, hotel & car)
Build internal networks among departments, local leaders and key support team members
Participate in client networking events
Communication
Depending on unique client needs, responsibilities may include or involve
Organize, prepare, and participate in client events and training seminars
Communicate travel initiatives, travel category results, updates to program or industry to internal team
Serve as point of contact for travelers to resolve issues and inquiries
Develop traveler education content and information to communicate throughout organization

We’re looking for you if your profile matches the following:
Post Grad refereed / Graduation required
8+ years travel industry experience in account management or management role
Thorough knowledge of at least one segment of the corporate travel industry
Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation)
Ability to travel as needed
Experience working in cross functional work teams
Experience working with large market and/or global clients
