Position Performance Objectives:
Develop and implement an annual operating budget
Oversee rent collections
Oversee evictions
Oversee lease offerings
Write narrative property reports
Oversee property infrastructure projects
Hire and supervise on-site personnel
Key Competencies:
Excellent customer relations skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Strong landlord/tenant law knowledge
Competent budgeting and costing skills
Solid infrastructure/physical plant knowledge
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft O365 suite
Excellent problem-solving skills
The ability to communicate vital information to superiors, both verbally and in writing
Physical Requirements:
Possess a valid driver's license
Has the ability to work at the corporate office in front of a computer screen for approximately 90% of a typical day in the office
Has the ability to make regular Property visits
Has the ability to bend, reach and lift boxes and office supplies up to 30 pounds
Mobilehome park experience preferred, but not required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Residential leasing experience
California Real Estate License preferred
CPM or CPM Candidate strongly preferred
