• Coordinate with sales, merchandising, marketing, and inventory teams to optimize branch performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Manage budgets, conduct audits, and provide regular updates on operational and financial plans.
• Monitor competitive activity within the region and adapt strategies as needed.
