Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience as a Regional Sales Director to manage and grow our hospitality sales channel in the northeastern United States and eastern Canada. Responsibilities
- Grow and manage the hospitality sales channel in the northeastern United States and eastern Canada
- Assist independent representatives with closing sales, account strategies, territory planning, and administrative responsibilities
- Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets through presentations, closing sales, and developing marketing plans
- Plan and participate in sales exhibits, trade shows, and training conferences
- Coordinate and lead sales meetings, including site selection and agenda preparation
- Excellent formal presentation skills for both small and large groups
- Ability to manage large territories and diverse product offerings
- Coaching/mentoring experience with less senior sales staff
- Hands-on knowledge of company’s needs and capabilities.
- Ability to keep abreast of new design and technology trends, association needs, and real-world applications
