Job Overview - Regional Sales Manager (Western USA)
Join our client's team as a Regional Sales Manager and play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding market presence within the construction industry, specifically targeting health applications. This position offers a unique opportunity for experienced sales professionals to leverage their expertise in a dynamic environment, collaborating with dedicated colleagues and impacting our client's continued success.
Compensation: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 + bonus
Location: Houston, TX - Onsite
Responsibilities as the Regional Sales Manager (Western USA) include:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the Western USA region.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, and general contractors involved in the construction of hospitals and industrial projects where radiation is a concern.
- Branding and Market Positioning: Enhance the company's brand presence and positioning in the market through strategic initiatives and effective communication.
- Profit and Market Share Management: Oversee profit margins, market share, and ensure financial targets are met, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, assess potential markets, and drive the expansion of the company's product and service offerings.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client needs and resolving any issues that arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, generate detailed reports, and conduct analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications of the Regional Sales Manager (Western USA) include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the construction industry focusing on radiation and oncology applications.
- Experience calling on architects, engineers, and general contractors involved in hospital and industrial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Western USA region as needed.
