Role:
- Reporting into the Sales Director
- Lead a team of 3-5 salespeople
- Selling into machine builders, system integrators, and manufacturing plants
- Drive KPIs and grow territory
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Territory: Midwestern US
- 30% travel
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales in Industrial Automation
- 2+ years if direct management experience
- Willing to work on site
- Engineering, Business, or related degree
