Regional Sales Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager.
We are looking for individuals with a high level of commitment, a customer-first attitude, and most importantly the ability to develop a professional relationship with our retail partners.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Drive and maximize sales performance by training, motivating, and supporting the store management teams.
•Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify new opportunities and optimize sales approaches.
•Continuously look for growth opportunities with existing stores.
•Participate in in-store trunk shows and exhibitions to showcase MICHAEL M's jewelry.
•Promote special programs and packages to accounts: Shop-n-Shop, coop, etc.
•Help and inspire retailers to promote the brand on their social media accounts.
•Coach store teams to develop and maintain operational best practices
•Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
•Travel to existing stores and new stores, as needed. (120+ days per year)
QUALIFICATIONS:
•5+ years of Fine jewelry wholesale or retail sales experience is REQUIRED.
•Excellent organizational and project management skills
•Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision-making, and financial analysis.
•Ability to build and maintain relationships with key business partners
•Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Strong customer service skills and demonstrated creativity/ability to manage customer expectations.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette.
