[Job Summary]
Reporting to the Vice President of Immunology Sales (“VP”), the Regional Sales Manager are responsible for supporting all activities for the sales team in the respective territory, manage and monitor sales performance and sets strategic plans to meet (“Company”) target sales goals.
[Job Description]
Insurance: 85% cover for employees, 75% cover for depends.
401k - 4.5% match
PTO :
1-4 years: 15 days+ 6 days sick time
5-10 years :20 days + 6 day sick time
10+ years: 25 days + 6 day sick time
PTO can rollover 5 days max to next year. Sick days can rollover all days, uncapped.
Working hour 9-6:30, exempt full-time
Extra holiday: Last week of the year is off.

[Job Summary]
Reporting to the Vice President of Immunology Sales (“VP”), the Regional Sales Manager are responsible for supporting all activities for the sales team in the respective territory, manage and monitor sales performance and sets strategic plans to meet (“Company”) target sales goals.
[Job Description]
- Supports the VP for executive level presentations to include sales quarterly reviews, board decks, and sales analytic reviews
- Directs and manages the sales force customer to meet evolving portfolio needs and expectations
- Directs and manages the efforts to meet portfolio needs dictated by internal launches, competitive market events, and potential business development opportunities
- Identifies trends, opportunities, and potential business concerns and is able to and takes ownership to solve problems
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharma-Commercial, pre-launch launch and post launch of products
- Extensive knowledge and experience in biologics, biosimilars, full life cycle of product launch and post launch
- Solid business acumen
- Team leadership experience
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and visual communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly by directing the team effectively
- Bachelor’s Degree required in business or related field; advance degrees, MBA, MS in business or related field is a plus
- Leadership - ability to lead a team of more than 5 to meet target goals and expectations
- Communication - clear, concise, and ability to motivate; ability to articulate about the company and products
- Knowledge - understanding of product portfolio
- Collaboration - ability to communicate across functions and at all levels in the organization
