Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, Fleet, the Regional Traveling Install Field Supervisor, Fleet plays a critical role ensuring the successful installation of vinyl for small to large fleets. This position will ideally be based out of our Cincinnati headquarters and oversee the vinyl installations of vehicles across a five-state area. The Regional Traveling Install Field Supervisor ensures installation jobs are completed on time, emphasizing precision, accuracy, and attention to detail while adhering to Advertising Vehicles’ quality and customer satisfaction standards.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead vinyl installations of fleet vehicles across a five-state area.
  • Ensure adherence to Advertising Vehicles’ installation process as well as company procedures, quality and productivity standards.
  • Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the installation process to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all installations meet Advertising Vehicles’ standards and specifications.
  • Quickly address and resolve any challenges or issues that arise during installation, making informed decisions to stay on track.
  • Perform Fleet vinyl installations.
  • Train, coach and mentor new hires as well as current employees to foster continuous improvement and career growth.
  • Act as lead during weekly installation meetings to provide input on installation schedule including team assignments both on-site and off-site, and removal of any barriers to successful installations.
  • Enforce quality and customer service standards, analyzes and resolves quality issues.
  • Ensure vehicles are presented to clients with high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain product inventory and supplies for installation team daily and monthly.
  • Ensure all necessary tools are in good working order for installation projects.
  • Keep up to date with professional and technical knowledge of installation according to UASG Standards Group (and others), networking, and maintain state of the art installation techniques.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks and fostering company culture with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Coordinate with Director of Operations, Fleet on any corporate vehicle maintenance or other vehicle needs.
  • Partner closely with Director of Operations, Fleet on all business needs.
  • Direct internal teams back to decision makers in difficult situations.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ Years Fleet installation experience required.
  • 3M certification required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Outlook and Teams knowledge.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of best practices and safe working environment during installations.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
  • Results driven based on business needs and quality.
  • Ability to be flexible during high stress situations.
  • Effective communication skills to provide customer service to internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Travel as needed based on business needs.
  • Maintain punctual attendance.


Work Requirements:

  • Travel required 80-90% Monday – Friday.
  • Continuous standing, walking, repetitive motions, and eye/hand/foot coordination.
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, balancing, heights, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, grasping, and feeling.
  • Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding to perform installations on large vehicles.
  • Occasional sitting, pushing, pulling, talking, and hearing.
  • Good vision for inspecting and ensuring precise installations.
  • Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds, slouching, bending, reaching, grabbing and standing on your feet the majority of the day.
  • Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, and insurability to drive company vehicles.
