Your Impact as Area Vice President

Leading And Inspiring Teams

  • Play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring teams across multiple locations.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, drive financial performance, and ensure exceptional service delivery to families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and empower leaders through coaching and performance management.
  • Drive operational excellence by analyzing metrics and implementing strategic solutions.
  • Enhance service quality by setting priorities and supporting teams.
  • Achieve financial goals through strategic business planning and effective management.
  • Promote a culture of excellence through ongoing training and development.
  • Collaborate with departments to launch initiatives supporting your Area's needs.
  • Manage infrastructure and capital projects effectively and timely.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and operations management.
  • Multi-site management experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and P&L software.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50-60% of the time.

Work Environment

  • This is a remote position based in a home office.
