Position, Roles, and Responsibilities
As a Regional Vice President of Sales, you will drive sales of Alacriti’s money movement solutions into the banking and credit union markets. You will prospect potential clients, move clients through the buying process, and close new businesses. You will work directly with a Chief Sales Officer who will help you form a sales strategy, determine what markets to pursue, adjust to market demands, and be there when you need help moving deals through the pipeline toward a win.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Must have a combined minimum experience of 5 years in selling deposit, lending or payment digital solutions to financial institutions (banks and/or credit unions).
- Payments or payment processing-related sales experience is a plus.
- Sales experience selling to financial services organizations, lenders, insurance companies, utilities and merchant processors is a plus.
- Drive new sales through prospecting, qualifying, and closing
- Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly
- A collaborative approach to coordinating with Product, Technology, and Legal teams
- Bachelor’s degree
