Stott and May is proudly partnering with an early-stage, venture-backed SaaS organization focused distinctly on helping larger enterprise clients and federal agencies redefine how they understand, develop, and mobilize their workforces through best in-class and AI-driven skills intelligence.
They have recently risen their Series-B investment round of ~20M+, from both tier-1 and sector specific investors, and will be looking for a RVP of Sales, reporting to the CRO, to join their sales team for their next chapter of growth.

Stage: Series B; 5-10M ARR
Size: ~100 Global Employees
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience scaling enterprise-focused and venture-backed software businesses from XM - XXM+ ARR at the Senior Director or RVP level of global sales organization, ideally 2-3 times prior
- Scaled and led org sizes from X to XX in quick order, including direct sales and sales development.
- Experience selling novel, enterprise grade, and priced software products (100-500K+ ACV)
- Deep operational rigor; having proven experience in building enterprise focused sales playbooks, client penetration plans, organizational structures, rep plans, onboarding, etc.
- Experience selling applications that impact and improve internal workforces, ideally to technology buyer personas
- Highly methodical and processes focused sales leader, someone that has a scientific nature to the way that they build, scale, and iterate
