Starting at $35.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus! ($1,250 after 3 months of successful employment and $1,250 after 6 months of successful employment.)

Looking for night shift 6 p.m. - 7 a.m.

What You'll Do

The Registered Nurse works as a staff member of the Medical Department and is primarily responsible for the health care of the residents, maintains all resident medical files and educates residents on health issues, first aid, infectious controls and emergency procedures. You will ensure adherence to the healthcare guidelines and implement safety standards for the youth. In this role, you will manage the students care according to their needs, delegate medical services for students to other licensed staff, and assist medical, psychiatric, and dental providers off-site and/or telehealth.

To Be Considered, You Should

• Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
• Possess a current RN license from the state of Virginia.
• Have a minimum of two years of medical-surgical experience.
• Have a desire to work with troubled children ages 5-14 years.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
