Job Description:

We are looking for an entry-level Regulatory Registration Assistant to join our Research & Innovation (R&I) team. This position is a corporate desk job focused on supporting regulatory registration for global product launches. Attention to detail will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing registration dossiers to support registration activities for market access.
  • Provide support to local affiliates with product registration.
  • Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for registration support activities.
  • Work on assigned projects and ensure business timelines for registration support are met.
  • Communicate status updates to country affiliates regularly.
  • Create and maintain registration dossiers based on launch timelines.
  • Track country-specific registration requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science or chemistry-related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
