Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail oriented Regulatory & Compliance Specialist who will responsible for tracking the movement of state and federal legislation and regulations that impact Bula's client in the Pharmacy realm. This role involves updating legislative and regulatory changes in Bula’s online software, monitoring relevant websites for new information, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with the team on various projects. This is an hourly position.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail oriented Regulatory & Compliance Specialist who will responsible for tracking the movement of state and federal legislation and regulations that impact Bula's client in the Pharmacy realm. This role involves updating legislative and regulatory changes in Bula’s online software, monitoring relevant websites for new information, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with the team on various projects. This is an hourly position.
What You'll Do
- Track the movement of state and federal legislation, and regulations that impact Bula’s clients
- Update bills and proposed rule movement to Bula’s online software solution
- Monitor Board of Pharmacy websites for agendas, minutes, and newsletter
- Ensure accuracy of entering statutes, regulations, sub-regulations and Executive Orders into Bula’s database
- Collaborate with teammates on legislative and regulatory processes for assigned jurisdictions
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of client facing information
- Contribute to yearly projects and continuous quality improvement
- Other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma
- At least 2 years’ experience in administrative duties or data entry
- Experience with legislative or regulatory compliance is a plus
- Ability to think critically and seek answers independently
- Proficiency with current desktop applications
- Ability to learn the nuances of the legislative and regulatory processes for assigned jurisdictions
- Capability of adjusting to fluctuating workload
- Time management and organizational skills are imperative
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes in processes and priorities
- Dedication to supporting company policies and procedures
- Capability of contribution to team projects and process improvements by giving and accepting feedback, brainstorming, and sharing best practices
- Desire to learn and grow within the position
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
