Position Summary: We are a dynamic and innovative digital marketing team committed to driving impactful online presence and growth for our clients. We are seeking a skilled Web Content Communications Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web strategy, digital content optimization, and branding consistency. The Web Content Communications Specialist will be primarily responsible for updating product pages to a new web template, ensuring they align with communication objectives and client's branding guidelines. This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter with strong communication and project management skills.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Update Product Pages: Identify and understand communication objectives for specific products to assist in updating product pages to a new web template.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, serving as a liaison between key stakeholders and client programs.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital content adheres to client's branding guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
• Project Communication: Proactively communicate with all stakeholders regarding project statuses, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Resource Management: Identify, partner with, and manage appropriate resources to ensure communication initiatives meet objectives.
• Strong Writing Skills: Ability to write web copy for transitions & user experience.
• Submit webpages to Legal and Regulatory: Attention to detail and understanding of a highly regulated industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Required Experience 5+ years of proven communication experience in a B2B or B2C role.
• Strong understanding of web standards, SEO best practices, and digital content optimization.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
