Bgesh is looking for an eager and qualified part time Rehab Aide in support of the US Army Institute for Surgical Research (USAISR), Burn Center at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Ft Sam Houston, Texas.

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience
BLS through the American Heart Association
Must possess the ability to read, write and speak the English language
Computer experience
Preferred Experience
Rehabilitation experience
One-year rehab experience treating and working with burn patients
Previous experience with burns and/or wound rehabilitation
DUTIES
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Prepares treatment rooms or areas for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols
Cleans treatment rooms and areas following appointments following prescribed procedures and protocols
Maintains inventory of supplies and notifies staff when inventory needs to be ordered
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations
Assists with checking over rehabilitation equipment and completing preventative maintenance as needed
Administrative duties such as filing and copying
May provide assistance to therapist and therapy assistants with patient care
