Job Description

The Sr. Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

• Provides help with release planning
• Schedule workshops
• Keeps end user and support documentation up to date
• Prepare status report and presentations
• Coordinate organization change management activities. Understand what works and what doesn't for different user personas
• Show intent to improve end user experience
• Create user guides
• Work with Organizational Change Management and project team on communication/end user training
