Remote Senior Proposal Manager

Wholly owned by the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin, Oneida ESC Group (OESC) is a holding company that provides a consistent, cost-effective common management platform supporting our family of companies united under common ownership.

OESC is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Senior Proposal Manager to write and manage large and complex proposals and other marketing content for our corporate marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Critically evaluating Requests for Proposals (RFPs); and preparing comprehensive proposal outlines and compliance checklists detailing required proposal content and evaluation criteria
• Independently writing and developing proposal content
• Interviewing technical staff to develop and write customized RFP responses, including project descriptions, resumes and other proposal components
• Managing the proposal response process including proposal planning, preparing proposal outlines, creating templates, and developing and tracking proposal schedules
• Managing proposal reviews and revising proposals to address comments
• Formatting documents in Microsoft (MS) Word, MS Project, MS Excel, and Adobe
• Performing technical editing, quality control and final production and submission of proposals
• Responding to internal requests for marketing information
• Handling routine marketing support tasks
• Maintaining marketing information in our CRM data management system
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or marketing/communications related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience including proposal preparation for federal customers.
• Experience in environmental remediation, environmental compliance, and architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) industries
• Proficiency and experience producing federal proposals, including SF330s
• Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat in a Windows environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment, developing content, and managing/assisting on assigned proposals.
• Advanced proficiency in creating/modifying/formatting complex business documents in dual column layout with embedded graphics
• Capable of handling multiple deadline-driven tasks and able to work independently
  
  

Compensation Range

• $90,000- $160,000
