In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone. This remote full-time/part-time position allows you to set your hours. It is suitable for a college student, stay-at-home parent, or someone looking to supplement their life with additional income and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

- Continuously updating knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness in all customer interactions
- Following established protocols and guidelines
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service
In addition, the ideal candidates should be able to submit to and pass a Background check and have a stable home internet connection.
