Job description: Our client is currently in search of two employment attorneys. One with 4+ years of experience and one with with a minimum of 15 years of experience. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Skills & Experience Needed
Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defensebackground
Must have 4 years of employment law defense experience
Trial experience preferred, but not required
Experience with public entity defense a plus
Must have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive
Bachelors and Juris Doctor degrees
Member, State Bar of California in good standing
Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
Excellent written and oral communication
Commitment to proactive case management
