Applicant must have 2 years of relevant experience with the following:

  • First responder experience, i.e. 911, Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, etc.
  • Program training development and presentation experience, preferably in a crisis intervention program.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing and reporting program data.
  • Experience developing, implementing and training program policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Law enforcement and 911 PSAP culture and standards, SAMHSA Behavioral Health Crisis Care Best Practices
  • Experience with de-escalation techniques, motivational interviewing, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
