TRAINING

We provide the support to make you successful!

While it is necessary to have previous sales and remote work experience, our comprehensive training program will set you up for success in this type of specific sale. We have dramatically downsized our sales classes in order to ensure our trainers can better serve your needs as a trainee. Selling accounting services is a very unique sale with complicated tax terms and ideas. The key here will be the utilization of a script in order to aid you in getting the right message across to clients and ensuring we are addressing their pain points.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in fast-paced telesales required
• 2+ years experience working remotely required
• Proven ability to be productive from home
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Professional phone presentation, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
• One call close experience strongly preferred
  
  

Computer Requirements

We do require our remote employees to provide their own tech and work in a designated home office where you will not be at risk of being overheard. As we are a financial institution, you will be discussing and collecting sensitive information.

• CPU = Quad-Core
• RAM = Minimum 8 GB (16GB RAM preferred)
• Internet Requirements: Minimum 25 Mbps Download Minimum 5 Mbps Upload

Compensation

Paid training- we offer a supportive new hire commission plan that will transition into a lucrative long term commission plan after 120 days.

Uncapped commission where successful sales closers are earning $100,000 - $200,000 per year.
