Job Summary

The IT Vendor Performance (ITVP) Transformation Leader is responsible for leading transformation initiatives for our IT and vendor management group by driving change initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, speed, and agility of our sourcing and vendor management processes.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall quality of business partner and vendor relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification and standardization across the sourcing and vendor management lifecycle and develop standardized methodologies and best practices to drive consistency and scalability.
  • Drive the adoption of automation technologies to streamline manual processes, increase productivity, and reduce errors. Identify and implement automation opportunities across vendor management workflows.
  • Oversee initiatives to improve data accuracy and accessibility within the vendor management function and implement robust data management practices and systems to ensure that accurate and timely data is available to stakeholders as needed.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams. Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives.
  • Partner with the IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Provide leadership and support to ensure successful implementation and sustained change.
  • Perform any other job duties as requested

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, a related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Five (5) years of experience in IT and vendor management, with a track record of driving transformational change
  • Experience leading organizational change initiatives, including change management planning and execution required

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in process simplification, standardization, and optimization
  • Familiarity with automation technologies and their application within sourcing and vendor management
  • Proficient in data management principles and practices, including data accuracy, accessibility, and governance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to successful completion
  • Knowledge of IT and vendor management best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies

Working Conditions

  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Compensation Range

$90,500.00 - $158,400.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
