Remote Law Firm Partner

A prestigious virtual law firm is seeking top-level partner candidates for their fully remote practice. This firm handles high-caliber work with sophisticated clients with the added benefit of flexibility in location and billing rates/arrangements. This firm only retains 30% of its partner’s originations for overhead costs, leaving up to 70% for the originating partner and the working lawyer team. This firm is willing to strategically "build" talent and a deep bench around lateral partners. The firm is looking for partner level attorneys with over $1MM in annual originations in a variety of practice areas including corporate/M&A/finance, litigation, investment management, fintech/crypto/web3, bankruptcy/restructuring, IP, employment, and regulatory. A J.D. degree, a license to practice law in the U.S. jurisdiction in which you practice, and at least 10 years of experience practicing law are required.
