Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Remote Office Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support our legal staff and ensure efficient operation of the firm.
Responsibilities
Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.
Handle correspondence with clients and other stakeholders via email and phone.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist with client billing and processing invoices.
Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information.
Requirements
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
