Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the software development team to deploy Salesforce solutions, particularly within the Public Sector Solutions data model.
Utilize your proficiency in customer relationship management platforms, specifically Salesforce, to propel project success.
Implement Agile Scrum methodologies across various Scrum teams, adopting a Scrum of Scrums approach to guarantee effective collaboration and advancement.
Oversee user stories throughout the project life cycle, including development, estimation, and tracking sprint health indicators such as burn-down and burn-up charts, velocity, and metrics for continuous improvement.
Mentor and influence cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and fostering best practices in Agile methodologies.
Employ contemporary software engineering techniques, such as continuous integration, automated testing, and test-driven development, to improve product delivery.
Required Skills
Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in a software development context.
Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce’s Public Sector Solutions data model.
Proven experience applying Agile Scrum methodologies, with previous Project Management or Agile methodology application experience.
Scrum Master certification is mandatory.
