Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and fast-typing Remote Typing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing and entering information, ensuring that all data is correctly formatted and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe documents from audio, handwritten notes, or other sources.
  • Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms.
  • Proofread and edit typed documents for accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain and organize digital files and records.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a typist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
