About The Role
Join us as a Retirement Plan Educator, where you'll play a crucial role in guiding employees through their retirement plan options and financial education. In this position, you'll work with individuals and groups to enhance their understanding of 401(k), 403(b), and other retirement plans, helping them achieve their retirement goals.
You'll be the go-to resource for plan participants, building relationships and creating opportunities to connect them with our wealth management team. Through engaging financial education meetings—both group and individual—you'll work to boost employee participation, increase deferral elections, and provide valuable investment education.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one and group sessions to educate employees on their retirement plans.
Host financial education meetings both in person and virtually.
Serve as the primary contact for retirement plan participants, leading their financial education.
Actively engage with clients to meet service expectations and address their needs.
Prepare thoroughly for meetings and follow up on all action items to ensure successful outcomes.
Collaborate with internal ERISA teams to ensure compliance with all client-related matters.
Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong skills in managing and nurturing client relationships.
Knowledge of retirement plans is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and handle a variety of personalities.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with technical expertise and strong analytical skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
Qualifications
College degree or relevant experience preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
