Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of sophisticated e-commerce solutions utilizing Oracle ATG Web Commerce, Business Control Center (BCC), and Endeca Experience Manager, guaranteeing business requirements are met efficiently.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 7 + years of direct experience with Oracle ATG Web Commerce and Business Control Center.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Endeca Experience Manager (Endeca XM or EXM) or comparable search and navigation management solutions.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce principles, web technologies, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Proven track record of leading development teams and projects to successful completion.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with proficiency in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in ATG, BCC, or EXM technologies.
  • Experience with other e-commerce platforms or content management systems.
  • Familiarity with web services, API development, and systems integration.
