Program Manager, Integrated Business Planning

Responsibilities

  • Build a program that encompasses multiple workstreams from planning, supply chain, technology, data, finance and more.
  • Establish and lead global program management for our IBP migration, including road mapping, program governance, global communication, and empowering teams to deliver against goals.
  • Evaluate, manage, and communicate risks throughout the project.
  • Maintain ownership of budget, timelines, and deliverables during all phases of the program to ensure outcomes are realized according to plans.
  • Ensure clarity on program scope, status, and successes through communication to all levels of the organization, including the executive leadership team.

Required Skills/Certifications

  • 7+ years successful Program Management experience
  • Experience with Retail technology program management
  • Implementing new retail software in the areas of: planning, merchandising, ERP, or supply chain management.
  • Experience leading global, multi-year, multi-workstream programs that include system, data and analytics & process implementations alongside organizational transition
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, DevOps)
  • Understanding of Waterfall, Agile and Agile@Scale methodologies and best practices.
  • Project Management certifications a plus
