Red Flags I know about this Manager when looking at resumes:

They are having issues with candidates who are refuse to do any problem-solving during technical scenario questions during interview. They should try to work through the problem before quiting interview. They want people to be inquisitive and try to solve the problem before throwing hands up right away.

Must

  • Salesforce Developer with experience heavy engineering/development with AWS; strong communication and organization skills; experience with Lightning Web Components; and strong plus if the candidate has B2B commerce (another component of Salesforce)
  • 7+ years of experience in software systems, UI development and programing
  • 4+ years experience with HTML, CSS2, CSS3
  • 3+ years experience with JavaScript framework, ReactJS, NodeJS, AWS (Lambda, Glue, EMR, SQS/SNS, Postgres)
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or MIS

Other (a Plus)

  • Experience with the Atlassian Suite, Sonar, Crucible and Electric Commander
  • Experience with Distributed Service Standards (SOAP, REST, SQS/SNS)
  • Experience with revision code source code repositories, in particular git
  • Experience with automated testing tools (i.e. selenium, JMeter)
  • Expertise in the knowledge of programming languages, relational databases, and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible in production environments
  • Experience with FTL
  • Experience working in an Agile/ Scrum team
  • Experience with OAuth 2.0, SAML, and identity federation is a plus
