Job Description
The Renewable Energy - Head of Interconnection - Remote will:
Manage the LGIA process for a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects.
Develop and implement interconnection strategies to optimize project value.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project interconnection.
Stay updated on transmission market trends and regulations in the United States and Canada.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on interconnection-related matters.

The Successful Applicant
The right right candidate will have:
More than 15 years of experience in the energy sector, preferably with an Independent Power Producer (IPP).
At least 10 years experience with Interconnection/Transmission.
A strong background in Electrical Engineering, but with strong development focused experience.
Familiarity with transmission markets in the United States and Canada.
Proven experience in managing interconnection processes for large-scale renewable energy projects.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
What's on Offer
For the right Renewable Energy - Head of Interconnection - Remote there will be:
Base salary commensurate with experience but a good range into $300k+
Annual bonus.
Very strong benefits package.
Role is 100% remote, but a preference on someone being Central or Eastern based - (Illinois, Texas, New York, Florida, etc)
