The Repairs Parts Specialist assists in maintaining the Repair Parts Inventory stock levels, fulfillment of orders,
and will contribute to a healthy inventory strategy and positive work environment.This role would be great for anyone that has parts and inventory experience, regardless of industry!

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:
Maintaining accurate physical and digital inventory
Maintain proper workflow for repair technicians to execute repairs
Assist Parts Lead in maintaining stock of products and materials
Maintains incoming Vendor Parts for Technical Services
Analyze repair tickets and warranty claims to ensure accurate part picking
Education and Experience Levels Are We Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
Ability to work independently
Minimum 1 years relevant experience required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Experienced with identifying different computer parts preferred
Experience with a pallet jack preferred
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
Able to lift 25 lbs on a consistent basis
