Manage the full life cycle of research grant programs, including solicitation, application review, peer and programmatic review, and funding notifications.
Serve as the primary liaison for the Research Grants and Investigator Support Committee, driving engagement and facilitating the advancement of initiatives.
Collaborate closely with directors and governance committees to implement strategic objectives and enhance program effectiveness.
Engage with the biomedical research community to stay informed about current research trends and grant administration best practices.
Develop and maintain robust tracking systems for progress and financial reporting of grants.
Manage the planning and execution of meetings involving grantees, ensuring logistical smoothness and alignment with strategic goals.
Support research-related fundraising activities and manage the budget for research operations to enhance efficiencies.
Provide analyses and recommendations to improve program efficacy and support other research programs as needed.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in a scientific discipline required.
Minimum of five years of experience in research and grants administration, preferably in urology or a related biomedical field.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with grants management software and database systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a high-paced environment.
Experience with Altum Proposal Central, Nimble, and Salesforce is a plus.
