Key Responsibilities
Develop and utilize various disease models for target validation studies and relevant assays
Design and implement cell-based assays to explore tumor intrinsic cellular biology and immune-based mechanisms of action for potential drug candidates
Conduct essential experiments in cell biology, cellular biochemistry, molecular biology, and assay development
Maintain accurate written reports and present results in a timely manner
Foster teamwork and contribute to collaborative efforts
Skills Required
Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Oncology or a related field
Proficiency in multi-parameter flow cytometry
Practical experience with mammalian cell culture, molecular and cellular technologies (e.g., CRISPR/Cas9 knock-in/out, lentiviral transduction, western blotting, quantitative PCR)
Familiarity with platforms such as IncuCyte, JESS, Flow based cell sorter, ELISA, and MSD in the context of oncology-based drug discovery is advantageous
