Researcher II

Summary:

As a Recruiter supporting the User Experience Research group you will work collaboratively with researchers to execute primary research designed to understand our customer needs and pain points.

Primary responsibilities:

• Create recruitment plans, pull carefully defined lists of users to target, send mass emails using the Qualtrics survey platform, monitor response and data quality, handle translations of survey text and response from and to other languages, and guide researchers as they conduct multi-screen research to inform the definition and development of companies Marketplace's products.
  
  

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Qualtrics and SaaS survey tools, strong understanding of survey sampling methodology and quantitative sampling, and past experience performing qualitative research recruiting.
  
  

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
