Duties And Qualifications Needed To Be Successful
Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising residential construction projects.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Exude a positive attitude and communication skills.
Fully capable of reading, interpreting, and communicating construction plans, details and documents.
Knowledge of construction codes and safety practices
Able to plan, implement, and manage the construction project's critical path.
Simultaneously manage multiple jobs
Ability to prioritize multiple activities and exercise flexibility.
Consistently monitor, meet and or exceed production deadlines and budget guidelines.
Familiar with local sub-contractors, suppliers and craftsmen
Physical demands include but are not limited to; driving for extended periods, traversing job-site terrain, occasional carrying or lifting for various needs, climbing ladders and ability to work in outdoor weather conditions. Use of Microsoft Applications, Email, and other company’s specific job management software.
