A Master Plumber HVAC Service Field Supervisor…

• Provides exceptional customer service
• Enforce job site safety requirements and modeling best practices
• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC systems
• Discusses repairs and replacements with the homeowner prior to performing the work
• Uses their expertise to educate the customer on preventative maintenance
  
  

An HVAC field supervisor manages and participates in installing, maintaining, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. They may also supervise other trades on a project.

What Does It Take?

• 5+ years of prior HVAC service experience (preferably in residential)
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• EPA certification
